This is crazy! I just started reading a new crystal book that i got: The Book of Stones; Who they are and what they teach. Robert Simmons, the author mentioned that in Central and South America, Quartz crystals were craved into the shapes of human skulls were worshiped as powerful religious objects. Yadda yadda yadda. I also began reading about how we aren't so different from crystals because the DNA molecule present in each cell of all living organisms is itself a hexagonal crystal structure. Biophysicists now say that the physical bodies of human beings and other living organisms are liquid crystals. "Liquid crystal is defined as a liquid whose component particles, atoms or molecules, tend to arrange themselves with a degree of order far exceeding that found in ordinary liquids and approaching that of solid crystals." This gives organisms their characteristic flexability, sensitivity and responsivness, therefore enhance the rapid, noiseless intercommunication that allows the oranism to function as a logical, coordinated whole. So, if we ourselves are crystals and having the the greater flexibility of liquid crystallinity, it is easier to imagine how an energy flow from a stone could be recieved and perceived by our own mind and body.
