CSU MEAT JUDGERS DO IT AGAIN!

* Many of our competitive academic teams don’t make headlines for
their success, hard work, and landmark achievements—but they are
still deserving of acclaim.

  o CSU’s 2007 Meat Judging Team, which competes nationally against
other university teams, continued its proud tradition and
represented CSU’s ongoing excellence in the Animal Sciences when it
won its 4th national championship at the International
Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest in November. Congratulations to
team members Dominic DiSanti, Jerilyn Hergenreder, Lindsay Eurich,
Cheyenne Dixon, John Wood, David Jacobs, Micah Seyler, Brian Self,
and Coach Dale Woerner.
